Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExamBook mobile application and website at exambookapp.live, operated by SOLESEED LLP ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ExamBook. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or making a purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@soleseed.in.
• One subscription plan is for personal use by a single user. Account sharing is not permitted.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1 Available Plans

• Trial Plan (₹2 — 1 Day): Available exclusively through the ExamBook mobile app. Not available for purchase on this website.
• Monthly Plan (₹279): 30 days of full access.
• 6-Month Plan (₹549): 180 days of full access.
• Yearly Plan (₹699): 365 days of full access.

3.2 Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Paytm (One97 Communications Ltd.).
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Paytm Wallet.
• Subscription plans are not automatically renewed unless explicitly stated.
• You must use the same mobile number or email used at checkout to log into the app.

3.3 Plan Activation

After successful payment, your plan will be activated within a reasonable time. Download the ExamBook app from Google Play Store and log in with the mobile number or email used during checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on ExamBook — including but not limited to text, videos, audio notes, mind maps, graphics, logos, and the underlying software — is the exclusive property of SOLESEED LLP or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our app.
• Screen recording or downloading of video content for redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Permitted Use

ExamBook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
• Record, copy, or redistribute any video, audio, or written content from the app.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its servers.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that ExamBook will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

8. Content Accuracy

We work diligently to ensure educational content is accurate and up to date. However, ExamBook does not guarantee that all content is error-free or completely current. Content should be used as a study aid and not as the sole source for exam preparation decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExamBook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific exam preparation requirements or guarantee selection in any examination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOLESEED LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
