ExamBook, operated by SOLESEED LLP, is a 100% digital service. We provide educational content and subscription access through our mobile application and online platform. There is no physical product, no courier delivery, and no shipping charges involved in any of our transactions.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products and services offered by ExamBook are entirely digital in nature, including:

• Subscription plan access (Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly)
• Cinematic story videos and educational content
• 3D mind maps and audio notes
• Mock tests and previous year question papers
• SmarPrep AI features and personalised recommendations
• Complete study notes and current affairs

No physical goods are delivered under any ExamBook subscription or purchase.

2. Digital Delivery Process

Your subscription is "delivered" digitally through the following process:

• Step 1 — Payment: You complete payment via Paytm on our checkout page.
• Step 2 — Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you are redirected to a confirmation page. A confirmation is also sent to your registered email/mobile.
• Step 3 — Activation: Your plan is activated on the ExamBook platform linked to your registered mobile number or email address.
• Step 4 — App Access: Download the ExamBook app from Google Play Store, log in with the same mobile number or email used at checkout, and your plan will be active immediately.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Activation: Subscription plans are activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation in most cases.
• Maximum Delivery Time: In exceptional cases (payment gateway delays, bank processing), activation may take up to 24 hours.
• No Physical Shipping: There is no physical delivery timeline as ExamBook is entirely a digital service.

4. Delivery to Your Device

To access your purchased subscription:

• Download the ExamBook app from the Google Play Store (free download)
• Log in using the mobile number or email address used during checkout
• Your subscription plan will be active and all content will be accessible
• Compatible with Android smartphones and tablets
• Works on basic 4G/internet connection

5. Service Availability

ExamBook services are available across all states and union territories of India. There are no geographical restrictions within India for accessing our digital services.

International access may be limited and is not officially supported at this time.

6. Delivery Failure / Non-Activation

If your plan is not activated within 24 hours of successful payment:

• Check your email/SMS for payment confirmation and order ID
• Ensure you are logging in with the correct mobile number or email used at checkout

• Provide your Order ID or payment transaction reference for quick resolution

7. No Physical Shipping Charges

Since ExamBook is a digital-only service:

• There are no shipping charges on any purchase
• There are no delivery charges
• The price displayed at checkout is the final amount — inclusive of all applicable taxes
